Offering a diverse and well-structured working environment within a company that focuses on long term career development, you will be able to demonstrate comprehensive Project Management experience in the commercial and industrial sector, where you will be expected to lead, develop and manage projects.The opportunity is available within an established business of 17 years completing commercial, domestic and industrial work within the HVAC Construction sector.To be successful, applicants will require:Provide direction and support to your teamManage on site workers and sub-contractorsUnderstand and implement project Scope of WorksWorking knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, and be safety focusedProject forecasting abilityProject cost reporting abilityA positive attitude and well presentedBe self-motivatedVariation and contract negotiationsDeliver projects from a sales handover to commissioningWork with project engineers and the estimating teamOHS Construction Induction Card (White Card)Skills and experience:Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, or trade qualifications in HVAC.
