LHH is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-regarded public sector organisation to appoint a Senior HR Officer specialising in Pay and Reward.
Working within their People & Culture Division, this role will be instrumental in developing a modernised compensation and benefits programme that is fit for purpose, attracts and retains talent, is flexible and aligns with objectives of the People and Culture Strategy.
As a pay and reward specialist, you will review and recommend pay modelling strategies, assess compensation and benefits, and the impact of these on employment policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will engage and work collaboratively with the wider People team, using existing tools to develop and design options for a future compensation and benefits package that is fair and sustainable, supports career progression, promotes well-being, and recognises individual and team contributions to the organisation's success.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with knowledge of job evaluation and grading structure principles and proven experience in job evaluation processes.
An experienced project manager, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be able to design and prepare a project plan, including a communication engagement plan, to support the implementation of changes.
You will have the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders in order to develop strong and trusting relationships across the organisation.
Knowledge of public sector pay policy and practice would be beneficial.
