The opportunity: Here at EBOS Group we have a great opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with experience providing sound HR and Employee Relations advice and hands-on support to join our Symbion team on a 12-month contract basis.
Working as part of an ANZ HR function and reporting to the Head of People - Healthcare, you will provide advice and support in the delivery of the Healthcare division operational and strategic plans.
You will also provide policy, process and employee relations advice and guidance in this hands-on role as well as support with HR initiatives and systems implementation including our HRIS Project.
As such, your strong communication and administrative skills, high attention to detail and ability to work in an agile and responsive environment coupled with your strength in building relationships will be critical to ensure your success.
What you will do: Coordinate, coach, advise and support leaders across all operational HR and Project requirements;Advise managers on structure and capability of their teams;Support people capability build within business units to develop teams through workforce planning and implementing change;Support the updating, implementation and communication of policies, practices and procedures;In consultation with stakeholders provide advice to managers with ER/IR matters;Organisational change.What we are looking for: Generalist HR experience in a similar role, working with diverse stakeholder levels across diverse business units;ER/IR experience across both operational and corporate, and enterprise wide workplaces;Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management;Ability to achieve results through consultation, advice, facilitation, and influence;Pragmatic problem solver;Ability to work efficiently, with agility, and at pace in a dynamic environment.This is a unique opportunity to work in a company where the HR function is valued and growing, given the recognition you deserve and suitably rewarded for your hard work.
