Details: The People and Capability Branch in the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) is looking for a client-focused, motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver advice and guidance on a range of recruitment and employment matters in accordance with relevant employment frameworks.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake various employment policy activities including researching and preparing correspondence in providing recruitment advice and support to staff, managers and executives.
There may also be an opportunity to be involved in policy development and project-based work.
Due to the need to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships will be important.
The successful candidate will represent the Directorate and support the team in the delivery of strategic Human Resources (HR) services to CMTEDD.
