Join our dynamic team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network as a Senior Human Resource Consultant and help shape the future of people management in a growing organisation!What you'll do: As the Senior Human Resource Consultant, you will provide expert strategic advice to executive and senior managers across a broad range of HR issues.
You will partner with key stakeholders to resolve complex HR matters and implement people management strategies aligned with SA Health Workforce policies.
You'll lead change, improve HR processes, and contribute to organisational development projects.
Your expertise will influence the direction of HR practices and policies, ensuring continuous improvement across our teams.Key Responsibilities: Offer high-level consultancy to senior managers on complex HR matters.Drive change and continuous improvement in HR practices.Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.Provide expert advice on employee relations, legislation, and organisational development.Develop, deliver, and evaluate HR policies, strategies, and training.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in HR consultancy with senior management, including employee relations.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise on complex, sensitive issues.Experience in interpreting HR legislation, awards, and policies.Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices in the SA Public Sector.
