The People and Culture team are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual ready to start the new year right. We currently have a permanent full-time vacancy and a fixed term 6-month appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency available. This recruitment pool also allows for future Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointments. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made until 30 June 2025. About this role The Senior Human Resource Business Partner acts as the primary point of contact for managers and directors in relation to generalist operational and strategic Human Resource (HR) matters, with a linkage to the entire Workforce service catalogue, including Industrial Relations (IR), Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Workforce Planning, and Learning and Development. In this role you will provide expert strategic, operational and technical HR advice and coaching to North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Managers and Directors to build their capacity to effectively manage their people and achieve change and business outcomes.
