Breight Group presents an exhilarating opportunity for a Senior HSE Advisor who is looking for career growth. Your role is crucial to maintain operational continuity, deliver and support HSEQ plans and strategies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, the position consists of working from our office in Rivervale, Perth WA, and travelling to site to support major shutdowns and operational needs when required - flexibility and availability to travel is a must!

About the role: Identify, assess, and monitor project risks. Foster a positive, safe, healthy, and sustainable company culture. Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and follow-up on completed actions. Engage in interactive field leadership activities to mitigate risks. Manage incident and hazard investigation processes and actions. Analyse project HSE performance and provide guidance. Drive HSE competence and compliance. Educate, guide and mentor on-site teams regarding HSE matters. What we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Proficient in leading ICAM or other investigatory methods is a must. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using tablets, apps, and HSE systems.
