MACS Australia is seeking an experienced full-time Senior HR | Recruitment Advisor to join our team in Canning Vale WA.
This position will be both Employee Relations and Recruitment focused with a significant amount of recruitment involved with both blue and white collar positions, so this must be an area you enjoy.
This role would perform the following responsibilities:
Employee Management during the Employee Life Cycle such as performance management, employee changes, and terminations.Assist with End-to-End Recruitment and Mobilisation of Blue-Collar, White Collar, and Project Personnel (advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, medicals, drafting offers of employment, onboarding, training, PPE, inductions)Ensure the integrity of the HR Information Systems (Employment Hero and Training Registers)Work closely with the owners of the business in the development and implementation of HR Strategies and Recruitment strategiesManage the day-to-day HR, Recruitment, Training and Induction AdministrationOther General Administration as required to support the business.Skills/experience and personal attributes required to be considered for this position: 2 - 5 Years minimum experience in Human Resources & recruitment in the construction or mining industriesMust have either HR or Business Administration qualificationAdvanced communication (written, verbal and public speaking) and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR mattersMust be experienced in Employee Relations matters with the ability to manage matters individually and offer advice to managers, including conducting investigations and driving positive outcomes whilst managing the whole process from start to finishAbility to interpret awards and enterprise agreements.Have a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentValid driver's license and reliable vehicleWhat we offer in return: Full Time Permanent Office Based Role 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.Laptop and Mobile Phone ProvidedCareer Support, further training, and educationCompany Employee Assistance ProgramFun Annual Gala and Awards NightWith our commitment to achieving a diverse workforce, we strongly encourage applications from Female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
