The Role
Are you passionate about driving HR initiatives and designing effective organisational structures? Join our People & Culture team at the ABC to lead and contribute to projects that enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
This newly created two-year position offers flexibility, hybrid working and options to work full-time or part-time (3 to 4 days a week).
The Job
Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives to support key priorities.
Define and manage project plans, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Provide strategic HR advice and consulting to senior managers.
About You
With qualifications in HR Management or a related discipline and/or proven experience in a senior HR role, you'll be able to demonstrate experience leading project and change management initiatives in a large and complex organisational setting, including strong knowledge of organisational design principles and project management methodologies and tools.
You'll have:
Experience in the provision of strategic advice and a strong understanding of HR functions and organisational structures.
Generalist HR experience in the application of policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
