We are looking for a Senior HR leader to join our growing team in the North Sydney office. This newly established role is critical to the future success of our organisation, as we look to enhance our HR capabilities and support the achievement of our strategic goals.The RoleThis role is responsible for leading the HR function to drive operational excellence and ensuring seamless HR functions. This pivotal role requires providing strategic coaching and guidance to the Human Resources team and the broader business to deliver the organisational strategy. It will lead the HR function to operational excellence in strategic partnership with the business. This role involves guiding the HR team and developing HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and values. The focus will be on growth, including attraction, retention, and development of staff!This role will be crucial in shaping the HR department's direction, anticipating the need for additional support as the company grows, and integrating new HR roles to maintain operational efficiency. In essence, the Senior HR Manager will be a key driver of TTW's success, fostering a culture where employees are empowered to contribute significantly to the company's mission.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage the HR function and HR team membersDevelop and execute the global HR strategyLead strategic workforce planning to support the organisation's growth targetsBuild and implement HR solutions, internal policy and process improvementsLead performance management, remuneration and benefits, succession planning and change management strategic initiatives with support of the Senior HR AdvisorsCoach and partner with managers to ensure HR strategy is managed effectively across all locationsImplement and oversee an effective performance appraisal system that drives high performanceAssess training needs to develop an effective learning and development strategyProvide high level strategic, process and negotiation support to Executive LeadersCoach leaders through periods of transformation and changeManage industrial relations escalations and liaise with external legal partnersConduct thorough analysis, monitoring, and creation of key people metrics to anticipate risks, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiativesLead, support and coach the HR team to ensure strategic objectives are achievedAbout YouTertiary qualification in human resources, law, industrial relations or another relevant fieldAt least 8 years of experience in HRPrevious experience in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of IR/ER legislationThe ability to manage stakeholder expectations and effectively influenceAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExperience in the consulting industry highly desirableThe CompanyTTW employs over 400 staff across six offices in Australia and Asia.
