We are seeking a dynamic and experienced P&C Partnering Team Lead to join our team.
As we continue to grow and innovate, we recognize the importance of strong leadership to support our Partnering Team and drive our P&C initiatives forward.
This new role is pivotal in ensuring our team operates smoothly and efficiently, allowing a good balance between operational excellence and strategic development.
This role reports to our General Manager of People & Culture and has a team of People & Culture Managers (and indirectly their teams) reporting in.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading change and implementing new systems to enhance our P&C operations.
Your expertise will help us streamline processes, improve efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
This leadership role will require: Operational blue collar and corporate HR Management experience The ability to independently make decisions and address issues, consulting as necessary Skilled in supporting and negotiating enterprise agreements Expertise in coaching and mentoring a team Proved leadership in operational business partnering in a FMCG or manufacturing environment Proficiency in leveraging AI technology for business outcomes Advanced analytical and problem solving, alongside a responsive and pragmatic approach A formal qualification – relevant degree or AHRI certification Full working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver's licence This role can be based in Hobart or Sydney Olympic Park and requires supporting a geographically diverse business around Australia, which will require visits to other sites with interstate travel.

Willing to challenge the status quo and push boundaries at all levels of the organization. Travel: There will be regular travel interstate.
