Looking for a passionate Registered Nurse with management experience to drive excellence within this well run organisation. This role will becrucial in maintaining resident safety and ensuring adherence to quality standards. This rare opportunity would allow the successful candidate to manage Quality and Compliance within this organisation.The role will work closely with the Executive team and is in place to develop, implement and evaluate processes. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This role will becrucial in maintaining resident safety and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
About the role:
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations.
Develop and implement a strong quality and compliance framework.
Analyse and report on quality for continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver educational training to the clinical care team
Support accreditation, audits, and staff training on organizational policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years management experience within aged care - Quality/CM/FM
Valid AHPRA Registration - DIV 1
Cert IV in Training and Assessment desirable
Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, delivering training
Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships
Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
NDIS check and Full Australian working rights
