Position: HR Coordinator
Type: Full time
Key Objective: The HR Coordinator plays a key role in providing administrative support across various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits. The role requires a highly organized individual with a strong ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality while supporting HR initiatives.
Accountabilities: The below list of accountabilities is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned to the post holder, which are to be undertaken as requested or required.
Prepare job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating pre-employment checks. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated, including conducting orientations. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues. Develop, prepare, and implement HR policies and procedures. Update and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Assist in payroll processing by providing timely updates on employee status changes (new hires, terminations, etc.). Coordinate leave management including tracking annual leave and other absences. Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and retention. Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employee information and company policies. Track employee participation in training and ensure completion of mandatory programs. Always maintain Perdaman's core values. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in media relations and marketing strategy. High level of English proficiency. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
