This organisation has excellent culture, team tenure, and will give you the opportunity to work on some compelling pieces of work.Key Responsibilities:Effectively managing multiple tasks, contributing to project planning, and leading smaller projects.Strong internal consulting and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling, and investigations.Participate in performance management cycles and manage employee engagement.Coach and mentor junior staff members.Maintain relationships with client contacts, ensuring these connections are sustained after project completion.The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
