Description At monday.com, we're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with a high level of drive and ambition to join our APAC (AUS, JP & SG) team.
About The Role As the sole HR person in the APAC region, reporting to the VP of People, GTM, you will:
Partner with our leaders and teams in the region to successfully achieve the goals of the business and drive and execute the People plan while ensuring collaboration and alignment with the global People Team and people strategy.Foster team and leadership effectiveness, including supporting the onboarding of leaders and coaching leaders to develop their team members.Provide end-to-end HR advice on a range of people-related matters.Drive people initiatives – including culture change, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, learning and development.Key Responsibilities Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of leadership in the region.Identify organizational needs, design and deliver targeted solutions, including performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, and team building to support the team's growth and individual development plans.Partner with the Global HR Functions and HR Business Partners as to workforce planning, people experience, recruiting, engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural and value alignment.You will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, growing and developing our leaders and people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team's development and business goals.Oversee and plan monday's People Experience initiatives.Requirements 7+ years of relevant HR experience, minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a hi-tech company - a Must.Experience in a global environment.Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders through consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.Ability to proactively drive, lead and execute a regional people plan and initiatives.Strong collaborator and a team-player: an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships throughout the organization.Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.Holds analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action and exercises solid judgment.
