Job Description We are seeking a confident HR Advisor to join our HR team.
You will support the business to deliver outcomes, improve performance, build capability and implement HR initiatives to build a positive workplace culture for our people.
The role will provide support across a portfolio of colleges and business units and work closely with people leaders and staff to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and initiatives covering the full breadth of HR activities.
This is a Sydney based role.
Qualifications Prior experience in a HR generalist role including relevant tertiary qualifications Enterprise Agreements and Awards interpretation Experience in managing the full employee life cycle Strong data reporting and analysis capabilities (Excel, PowerBI, HRIS) Ability to confidently engage with all stakeholders across all levels Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking Tactful in handling confidential HR matters Additional Information What we can offer We offer careers across our global operations We recognise and reward.
