My client works within a unionised sector and requires someone with this experience to support in this space.Job DescriptionRequirements and Responsibilities:Work closely with other HR Business Partners globally, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive HR strategy across regions. This role is also a leadership role and will require an experienced people leader.Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to work across different time zones and accommodate flexible hours for meetings, including occasional 8 pm sessions.Contribute to the evolution of HR services by building employee confidence, implementing wider HR strategies, and adapting policies to fit the needs of both UK and Australian operations.Refine HR processes, enhance employee handbooks, and lead initiatives to improve psycho-social health and welfare across the organisation.Play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with unions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, and working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.Address the learning and development needs of the business in the Australian region to support organisational growth and employee satisfaction.Generalist employee relations and other performance management and development duties are also required.Support the rollout of a HRIS across the company.The Successful ApplicantI am looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of business partnering experience and someone who has managed people. Demonstrated ER/IR experience is essential.
