Senior HR Business Officer (Correspondence and Projects)People and Culture; Corporate; Brisbane CityFind purpose you feel, impact you see and a legacy you bring to life. #DAFcareers We are looking for a Senior HR Business Officer (Correspondence and Projects) to join our high performing People and Culture team to be the central coordination point for People and Culture to manage the flow of correspondence and lead and coordinate governance activities on behalf of People and Culture.Learn more about how our people contribute to Queensland everyday:Provide high quality human resources advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, the People and Culture leadership team and the Chief Human Resources Officer.Contribute to specific projects related to human resources services and initiatives such as executive contract management.Lead and coordinate governance activities and reporting requirements on behalf of People and Culture.Be the central coordination point for People and Culture to manage the flow of correspondence and provide input into documents and feedback by the stated deadline.Prepare and review correspondence and/or reports for review by the People and Culture team and Chief Human Resources Officer.Manage and maintain registers, spreadsheets and document tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Coordinate and track the status of People and Culture projects in an organised and efficient manner to brief the Chief Human Resources Officer.All employees are expected to role model leadership behaviours.
