Reporting to the General Manager, this is a newly created opportunity to continue to drive the business forward from an HR perspective.
Responsible for administering human resources activities and initiatives relating to people and culture, recruitment and onboarding, payroll, injury management, and training and development to build an environment of constant growth and learning and a culture of high performance, accountability, and passion.
By partnering with the leadership team, you will become a trusted advisor on HR policies, practices, procedures, and legislation.
We are looking for an outstanding individual for this amazing HRBP opportunity!
With HR-based qualifications, high-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and experience gained within a broad generalist HR role - preferably some experience in a standalone HR capacity, you will have worked within an SME and had exposure to retail, design, construction, or another creative-based business with a diverse range of stakeholders.
This is a standalone role with great support from the Senior Leadership Team.
Flexibility is a part of their culture with 3 days in the office or at their various sites connecting with the teams and two from home - we are seeking someone who can pivot and has a flexible attitude and approach!
As the business continues to grow, there will be strong tracking into a Senior Leadership role.
