Description Provide comprehensive HR advice to management and staff.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
Assist with employee relations and manage conflict resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate performance management and talent development initiatives.
Maintain HR records and generate insightful reports.
Comply with relevant legal regulations and industrial agreements.
Drive organisational change and workplace culture initiatives.
Profile A successful 'Senior HR Advisor' has:
A degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar role.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Proficiency in employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and handle internal projects.
Job Offer Salary package of $105K - $115K plus superannuation.
