About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Senior HCM Consultant to join our impactful team.
In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.
The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing.
You should love getting into the details, be self-motivated and proactive, and be able to successfully partner with customers and your project team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Master at least 2 products in the Workday HCM product suite (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking).
Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing activities.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions.
Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
Ensure the client takes full advantage of Workday's solutions.
Deliver successful project outcomes and develop lasting client relationships.
Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release.
Mentor and share your broad product and industry knowledge and experience with other consultants.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following HCM solutions: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking.
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
Experience across a variety of industries (e.g.
Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Education, Government).
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate's ability to acquire, hold, and maintain an Australian Government security clearance to the required level is an inherent requirement for this role.
Other Qualifications
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Passion for customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
