We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic gymnastic coaches who are committed to providing a supportive and safe environment where children and adults can develop their gymnastics skills, build confidence, and have fun.
Experience in managing the delivery of programs for children, teens and adults is essential.
We operate 6 - 7 days per week and you may work shifts across any of these days and times. Our classes run from 08:45am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am – 5:00pm every second Sunday.

They are committed to maintaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of our programs, educational trends, and industry development. What does success look like? Proven experience as a Gymnastics Coach, capable of delivering high-quality coaching to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.Experience in analysing lesson outcomes to determine how best to progress gymnasts using appropriate drills and skill progressions.Relevant coaching certifications (Australian or overseas).Passion for promoting child development, teamwork, and a growth mindset.Strong communication skills, building meaningful connections with gymnasts and their families.Enthusiasm and energy to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best.Pro-active safety approach ensuring gymnasts are safe at all times.Responsibilities: Guiding, training, and mentoring participants to support performance and enhance their skills.Developing and managing programs for both children and adults.Fostering skills growth and motivating participants to improve, enjoy and achieve.Recruiting additional coaching staff as required.Responsible for the supervision of gymnasts each session and that they are kept safe at all times.You will also hold: A valid Working with Children Check and be willing to undertake a criminal history check.First Aid & CPR Certificate.Intermediate or advanced coaching accreditation with Gymnastics NSW or similar overseas qualification is strongly preferred.AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3).Coach Affiliation/Technical Membership.Minimum of 2-3 years' experience.The Y NSW is dedicated to offering rewarding careers with challenging work and many opportunities to learn and grow.
