We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our client's 50-year-old family enterprise, a leading supplier of licensed hardline products such as toys, stationery, craft, and carnival items.

About the Role This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, blending creative packaging expertise with the opportunity to shape the future of the company's product lines.
Working closely with multiple teams across the company and reporting directly to the Head of Design, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing new products and ranges.
This exciting aspect of the role will see you exploring emerging craft trends and creating innovative designs for licensed goods that resonate with diverse audiences.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the creative and product development teams to brainstorm and conceptualise new product ideas and ranges aligned with market trends and licensor requirements.
Developing innovative graphic designs for projects, determining the optimal use of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout to meet business goals.
Working across multiple projects from concept to completion, managing deadlines while balancing creative input and workflow.
Liaising with licensors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all projects meet branding and production standards.
Proactively identifying and solving design challenges to enhance workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
Knowledge or experience working with licensed products and an interest in pop culture will be a bonus.
About You A portfolio showcasing your packaging work that you feel aligns to the toys, stationary, craft, and lifestyle industry sector.
As a senior you should have a minimum of five years of professional graphic design experience.
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
