About We are currently working on an exciting hire for a Senior Graphic Designer for a leading Retail organisation, based in Brisbane with hybrid working As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will provide specialist advice and expertise in the development of creative execution for branded material and contribute to design and brand consistency across promotions over media platforms and channels.
You will also design elements related to national campaigns including catalogues, POS and other marketing collateral.
Duties – Implement and deliver Design outcomes which respond to business & marketing requirements with brand identity Deliver solutions which embracing print and digital media, from concept through to finished product Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides and templates Collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to understand requirements, interpret briefs and concepts Prepare layouts/mock-ups of designs using illustration, text, photography, colour and computer-generated imagery (AI) Create a range of collateral for brands including the catalogue, press, POS, signage, brochures, packaging and digital Guide and advise fellow team members in both the creative process and client management Communicate and facilitate the art direction Assist with a range of design jobs that are tasked in the department Skillset – Over 5 years Graphic Design experience Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud within a Mac platform Retail experience highly desired Key knowledge of marketing automation Design qualifications highly desired Understanding of print production and finished art HTML and motion graphics desired Strong conceptual skills, high level design, layout and typography Strong creative, organisational, problem solving skills.
Excellent Stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure to quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail Able to work independently as well as working within a team environment where needed Packaging design experience a great plus
