We're looking for a creative professional to lead the development of high-quality design and audiovisual content that supports essential government initiatives. As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you'll use your skills to create compelling visual assets that inform and engage Queensland residents on topics like state revenue, fines, and debt management.In this role, you'll work closely with the Communications team and other business units to deliver engaging multimedia solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. From initial concept to the finished product, you'll take the lead on crafting videos, animations, photography, graphic designs, and layouts that bring important information to life across both digital and print platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Production: Develop a wide array of visual assets, including videos, animations, photography, graphic designs, layouts, and typesetting, from concept through to final production.Strategic Collaboration: Work proactively with Communications, web teams, and stakeholders to identify and seize opportunities to enhance public understanding through visual communication.Brand Management: Implement Queensland Government branding and accessibility standards across all creative outputs, ensuring a consistent and recognizable identity.Design Innovation: Stay informed on design and audiovisual trends, suggesting new ways to incorporate these into our work to continually elevate our approach.Project Management: Oversee end-to-end creative projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
