The Senior Governance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Transforming Boroondara program.
Leveraging a deep understanding of governance frameworks, a proven ability to analyse complex data, strong interpersonal skills and expertise in collaboration and problem-solving, this is an exciting opportunity to drive program outcomes.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Governing the Program Governance and Management FrameworkDeveloping insightful reportingActively influencing stakeholders to build strong relationships across council and effectively communicating program progress and challengesIdentifying opportunities for process improvement initiatives to enhance program assurance efficiency and effectivenessIdentifying, assessing, and communicating risks to program deliveryAbout You
You will bring to our organisation:
Extensive project experience with a focus on project health and performance insight analytics in a project management office in a large sized organisationDemonstrated experience supporting procurement processes and contractsKnowledge and proficiency in utilising project management tools.
Experience with Jira, PPM tools and Confluence is preferredHigh level attention to detail to ensure accuracy of insights and assurance observationsHighly developed verbal, written and liaison communication skills including the ability to communicate with a broad range of people from diverse backgroundsAbout Us - We're looking to give customers great experiences
