Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Brisbane A leading engineering company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team in Brisbane. In this key role, you will manage geotechnical investigations, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct field investigations and assessments of construction sites.Plan and execute geotechnical testing and analysis.Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and drawings.Design and implement geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project specifications and requirements.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with geotechnical plans and specifications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.Assist in business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client interactions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil or Geotechnical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.Strong understanding of drilling methods, field investigations, and laboratory testing procedures.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to travel to project sites as needed.If you are passionate about geotechnical engineering and eager to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.
