Senior General Counsel - Banking & FinanceA large Residential Development & Building Company is seeking to employ an experienced General Counsel with a strong background in Property Finance.
You will be managing a large number of bank and non-bank property development transactions, new loans, and refinances.
You will already have experience with this task, thus understand the balanced approach required to protect the Borrower but not exasperate the deal.
You will be working closely with the MD.
Essential to this role will be your 'no job is too big or too small' approach to the daily tasks.
