We specialise in acquiring and developing commercial real estate to provide investors with access to commercial property investment opportunities, from childcare and medical centres to buildings that accommodate supermarkets and veterinarians.We co-invest in every project alongside our investors.Leverage Your Investment/Property Accounting Experience – We require a commercial and strategic thinker who can demonstrate end-to-end fund accounting experience, taking the initiative to constantly improve the delivery of accurate investor and portfolio reporting.Utilise Your Technical Accounting Advice and Expertise – Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take full responsibility for all accounting/finance related tasks across all funds in the portfolio, including new property acquisitions, providing analysis and commentary as required.Work Independently, While Managing a Busy Workflow – You'll have the structure of a supportive team, with articulated strategy and clear deadlines.
