Senior Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics CRMOur Global IT Consulting Client is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics CRM for a program of work with a federal government agency.You have the option to choose between a Permanent engagement or a 12-month contract (with potential extensions). Canberra location is preferred but can also consider remote/flexible working arrangements.ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional services through the design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM as required by the project.Provide industry-specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution implementations, extensions, and upgrades.Lead functional design best practices for digital projects.Write functional specifications and assist in writing User Stories for Dynamics 365 engagements.Be accountable for defined work assignments/projects.Support functional resources in workshops and proof-of-concept/pilot implementations.Assist with preparation of proposals and demos.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Extensive experience in the customization, configuration, extension, and functional design of Dynamics CE Customer Service and Sales (Marketing/Customer Insights is a bonus).Strong experience in D365 professional services delivery, with hands-on, documented experience in at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.Experience producing functional artefacts to communicate an understanding of the organisation's current and target business and ICT architectures.Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.It is desirable if you have:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights.Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens.Apply now for immediate consideration – contact Carissa Burgos on 0262689778 quoting Job Reference: #263683.Please note: Only candidates that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
