We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to lead and mentor our dynamic development team. This role will leverage your expertise in modern JavaScript, end-to-end application architecture and AI/ML to shape innovative, scalable software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to projects while championing best practices.
\n What you'll do:Lead and mentor junior developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Shape the technical direction of projects, focusing on scalability, innovation, and strategic decision-making.Collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to build responsive, cross-platform web applications. Optimize front-end performance for compatibility across browsers and devices.Architect and maintain server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient access patterns.Lead AI/ML solution integration to enhance product features, leveraging relevant tools and frameworks for seamless tech stack integration.Define API contracts, bridge front-end and back-end components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize the application stack. What do you need to have?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).6+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript.Proven experience in AI/ML application and integration, with a strong understanding of relevant frameworks and algorithms.Advanced expertise in front-end technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and back-end development with Node.js, including server-side frameworks and database management.Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, creating a positive and productive work environment alongside strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and client interactions. What is nice to have?Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or other developer communities.
