About you As the Head of Technology, you will lead the organisation's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. You will identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organisation; you will lead and mentor the technology team, promoting professional development and performance excellence, engage and indirectly manage a team of dedicated SMEs across the business to understand business requirements specific to the various functions within the business and develop a software roadmap that is aligned with business needs, and will drive bottom line efficiencies/results. For the first 18 months, your focus will be on the internal project lead for Hidrive's ERP implementation project, starting in February 2025. Mandatory qualifications and minimum experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure Successfully implemented a Tier 2 ERP solution, preferably Epicor Kinetic Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks Key Accountabilities This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT infrastructure.
