With our rapid growth trajectory, we're seeking a Senior Developer to boost our delivery and technical decision-making capability.About the RoleYou will be an integral part of a cross-functional development team tasked with the ongoing development and maintenance of the Air Maestro application suite. Beyond showcasing proficiency in coding, you'll leverage your expertise to shape crucial technology decisions, champion best design and development practices within the team, and advocate for necessary technical enhancements to ensure the platform remains maintainable, scalable, and performant.In collaboration with and reporting to the Engineering Team Lead, this role assumes a pivotal position in defining and executing the technical roadmap, addressing platform concerns, and strategically positioning us for future growth and innovation.Operating within a build and run team framework, your experience in deploying and maintaining applications in the cloud will prove invaluable in continually refining our deployment processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in troubleshooting issues that arise post-deployment in our AWS environment.The successful candidate must possess the requisite experience to handle tasks across the full-stack domain and lead by example in all facets of the software development lifecycleThis is a hybrid role that allows work from home. Candidates needs to be located in and have existing rights to work in Adelaide,Australia.What you'll need:Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications and API services.Proficiency in ASP.NET, C# and MSSQL, with a solid understanding of their principles and best practices.
