Mobile Device Management (MDM) System Administrator Local Peoples is seeking enthusiastic and talented Mobile Device Management (MDM) System Administrator in the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC to join our team as embedded members with our prestigious Government client.
The Corporate Digital Collaboration Systems (CDCS) Section delivers a broad range of ICT Services for Home Affairs staff located domestically and overseas.
We are responsible for ensuring the Department's digital collaboration systems are delivered in accordance with departmental requirements, user expectations and meets defined service standards.
Responsibilities: Providing technical leadership to a team tasked with delivering Intune and other related tools for deployment of policy, tracking, reporting, and remediation.Assisting in the development of Microsoft Intune as the platform for mobile device management of mobile devices.Developing and providing compliance data to the consumers of the services.Troubleshooting and working with service consumers to resolve non-compliance issues.Troubleshooting non-standard issues/undocumented issues.Planning, designing, implementing and managing:Microsoft Intune and Conditional access Policies with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).Self-Service Password reset (SSPR).Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Content file protection, Document classification labelling.BYOK, HYOK, Custom Templates, Protection scanner, FCI, S/MIME protection etc.Azure application Proxy Web App Proxy.Multi Factor Authentication (On-prem and Cloud).Mobile Device management (iOS, macOS, Windows, with Intune).Risky Sign-in and Security policies.Migration experience from other Mobility Solutions (Softbank, MobileIron, MaaS 360 etc to Microsoft Enterprise mobility).Essential Criteria: Microsoft Qualifications – Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator.Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for understanding service infrastructure, including multi-domain configuration and authentication.Understanding of Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron.Proven demonstrated ability to provide input to assist with continual improvement of the service and the technical team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Desirable criteria: ITIL Foundation Qualification.Residency and Clearance: Must have Baseline Clearance or be able to obtain one.Australian Citizen.This role is open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.Who are Local Peoples?
