We are seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join our team and be a leader and major shareholder in our newest Wealth joint venture.

You will be working in a Wealth joint venture with a large accounting business and closely with the accounting firm business owners who are aligned to provide referrals & grow the joint venture wealth business.
As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will provide high quality financial planning advice to existing and prospective Partners Wealth Group clients to enable our clients to achieve their goals.
You will be supported by the infrastructure that Partners Wealth Group has developed over 20 years across client experience, operations, and support, listed and unlisted investment solutions and investment committees, corporate governance, strategies & advice and experienced managers and executives.
Key Responsibilities New Business Growth and Development Introduce new advice opportunities to existing clients and/or new clients by identifying referral opportunities from existing clients or other identified sources. Build and maintain a client base. Participate in business strategy development as a key member of the team. Team Culture and Innovation Drive process improvement to deliver effectiveness and development of tools relevant to client segment. Maintain up to date technical/professional knowledge of financial services and advice. Maintain and support the development of a team culture that embraces sharing of knowledge, feedback and growth. Education Requirements FASEA relevant degree or working towards a FASEA approved pathway. Advanced Diploma Financial Planning/Financial Services or equivalent. Completed FASEA CPD training & development each year. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 years' experience as a Senior Advisor. Proven track record of developing new client relationships and relationships with centre of influence. Strategic financial planning/advisory competency skills. Strong working knowledge of financial services and financial planning market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to modify approach to suit various audiences.
