You will have the opportunity to share financial intelligence, deliver actionable insights, build tailored solutions and guide clients on their journey to financial freedom.Contribute to the expanding client base by engaging with new, pre-qualified referrals, leveraging the established pipeline of opportunities within other offices.Utilise your expertise to confidently onboard new clients, converting initial meetings into long-term relationships that align with their values of excellence.Collaborate closely with the internal accounting partners and professionals ensuring seamless integration of financial planning services.Assume responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional solutions that exceed expectations.Conduct comprehensive client meetings and reviews and develop and refine strategies subject to client needs.Proactively explore innovative financial strategies for clients.Periodically visit 1-2 regional offices to support growth initiatives and serve the diverse client base across industrial, agricultural and regional enterprises.What you will needExtensive experience delivering comprehensive financial advice, preferably with some of that experience gained with an AFSL environment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the full client relationship lifecycle.Proven track record in managing complex financial structures and delivering tailored solutions.Confident demeanour and the ability to engage effectively with high-level clients coupled with a decisive nature and strong attention to detail.Willingness to support expansion within the region by regularly visiting offices in country Victoria from time to time.Adaptability to the cyclical nature of accounting workflows, particularly during peak periods such as tax season, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.Relevant and up to date tertiary qualifications in Financial Advice with an excellent compliance record.
