This is a perfect long term career move for a CA or CPA qualified Financial Accountant, with a background in either public practice or financial accounting in commerce.
Responsibilities may include: Support production of the half year and year end statutory reporting Responsible for preparing and posting manual, ad-hoc and recurring journals, including the management of accruals and prepayments Own the balance sheet reconciliation process Providing support to the Finance Manager in maintenance of the GL Provide support to other business units in the posting of journals and investigating queries and suggestions Preparation of monthly management and quarterly compliance reporting, including cash flow statements Assist the external and internal auditors with information requirements and explanations The Candidate: CA/CPA qualified 5+ years of experience gained in an accounting firm or corporate financial accounting Eagerness for career development, learning, and working in a team based environment On Offer: Flexible working options Study assistance Salary packaging Employee Incentive Program Global opportunities For more information, please reach out to Haydn Furness from Perigon Group in Brisbane, / (07) 3854 3805.
