A base salary of $90,000.00, plus 11% super Receive ongoing training and professional development through the Flight Centre Landing Employee Share Scheme through Equate Plus Day to day you'll be… Month-end accounting for the Leisure business to assist in the GL close process, including Cash Management and recording, Wage Calculations and Debtors/Creditors recording. Balance Sheet Reconciliations across the Leisure business Protect our business by monitoring and reviewing at-risk items Timely and accurate preparation of monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reviews Assist with half year and year end statutory audits Constantly look to improve efficiencies within finance workflow processes Assist with special projects and the implementation of systems and process improvement initiatives as they arise Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards and FCL minimum standards for financial systems and processes.
