Global Market Leader in Forklifts & Material Handling Equipment Learn, grow and develop with TMHA Permanent Full Time Position About the Role This position is primarily responsible for driving Brisbane's branch service business through providing high quality support, assistance, and guidance to our customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Visiting customers and determining their repair and maintenance needs. Working closely with Sales and Service Managers to build a unified total solution approach for new and existing business. Spearhead conquest retail growth within area, offering potential new customer's fixed price servicing arrangements. Working with customers to quote and book service and repair work. Liaising with Field Service and Workshop personnel to meet customers' expectations. Maintaining communication with internal and external customers. Compiling and reporting appropriate market information (i.e. competitor information); Ensure all new customers and their equipment are set up correctly in ERP system with the correct billing information and credit limits approved in line with policy. Visit customer sites to build relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain/develop servicing arrangements to exceed customer's expectations. Grow service levels through selling and promoting service options to existing and potential customers. Skills and Experience: Motor mechanics trade qualification or similar. Previous experience in sales/service with direct customer contact is mandatory. Experience with Construction equipment preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to convey technical information in a simple but meaningful way. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skills.
