Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this hands-on reporting role involves overseeing a small team within AP, AR, and payroll. Key duties include:
Oversee accounting operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare annual financial statements and disclosures.
Management of month-end and GL.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and contribute to business process improvement initiatives.
Effective management of direct reports including performance reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in leading transactional finance functions.
Strong technical accounting experience.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Track record in business and process improvement.
