The team is seeking an individual who is technically astute to spearhead their implementation of a new account system and work closely with their global CFO.You will be working closely with a CFO and collaboratively with their Managing Director ANZ. This is an opportunity for someone to be apart of bringing advanced AI technology to the healthcare sector across ANZ.Roles + ResponsibilitiesPreparing and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and information to tight month end timelinesMonitor, and process the day-to-day financial operations within the jurisdiction, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactionsLeading the relationship between our business and external agents/ auditorsBusiness partnering with the SLT in APAC to ensure they get accurate and timely information to aid with decision makingManaging all local taxation mattersAdhering to financial regulations and legislationPreparing budgets and regular forecasts for the regionMaintaining a control environment (monthly balance sheet reconciliations, reviews)Monitoring internal financial controlEstablishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures aligned to groupAid in streamlining financial processes for the regionProject managing a new finance system implementation for the region led by team at HQWhat you'll bring to the team:The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience and be a CA/CPA qualified accountant/finance professional with experience operating in a SaaS technology business.They will need to demonstrate knowledge and practical experience of Australian accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.They must have advanced excel skills with experience in implementation of new finance systems.
