We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Operations Manager to join the Perpetual Corporate Trust business! About the role: The Senior Finance Operations Manager is an integral leadership role contributing to the delivery of Perpetual Corporate Trust's (PCT) Vision, Mission, and Strategy to deliver sustainable growth.

The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations and working capital management for the Perpetual Corporate Trust business including operational cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. This role plays a crucial part in managing the company's cash flow, supporting the business, and ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards.

Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial operations role.Proven track record of leading and developing teams.Demonstrated ability of process improvement and creating scalable solutions.Project management experience would be valued.Demonstrated ability to successfully adapt to and implement change.Strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Good organisational and time management skills.
