Job Description
Spinifex Recruiting has been engaged by a highly respected aged care organisation in the Orana region to appoint a CFO on a caretaker or interim basis. This role is being offered as an onsite or hybrid appointment - commencing in mid to late October.
This role supports the CEO in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives across finance and administration. It also interacts and provides support and assistance at the Board level, while leading a small finance team.
Formal Qualifications Required
Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting.
CPA or CA designation (or eligibility in /25).
Capacity to provide high level Finance and Administration management support.
High level management competencies: Board level interaction, Strategic and Business Planning, Organisation Management, Project Management, Human Resources and Management Information Systems.
Working knowledge of a range of accounting packages.
