ABOUT THE COMPANY.
TwoScots are partnering with a large, listed organisation who is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.
This position will be responsible for owning and delivering quality consolidated and standalone financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders as well as managing a small team.
The role offers great flexible working and the office is based at a prime location on St Kilda road.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in statutory reporting in a large, complex organisation as well as a history of partnering with senior stakeholders.
Previous experience working for a big 4 or top tier firm would be highly regarded.

Support the group finance team in meeting all group reporting deliverables and compliance requirements.Lead the team in owning and delivering consolidation and reporting.Communicate financial performance to senior management and executives including board reporting.Manage and coordinate the external audit process.Manage a small team of direct reports.Work on process improvements and other ad hoc requirements.SKILLS + EXPERIENCE. CA or CPA qualified.Experience with statutory reporting in a large, complex organisation is a Must.Previous experience in a Big 4 highly regarded.Must have experience in managing a team previously.Strong stakeholder management skills with senior finance stakeholders and executives.Demonstrated ability to develop and improve finance processes.Must have a strong internal control and compliance understanding.Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail & a driven work-ethic.HOW TO APPLY.
