Provide financial, statistical, operational, and strategic support to Managers and Directors within the Customer Service Branch, including budget management, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting with variance commentary.Develop new business proposals, identify business products, understand cost streams, negotiate with stakeholders, and prepare business cases.Undertake financial reconciliations, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements to financial procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across CSB Regional and Central Operations, TMR divisions, and external agencies through effective communication.Provide financial support, training, coaching, and mentoring to branch members, while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Who We Are Looking For:
An individual with:Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Excel) for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial data and provide insights for decision-making.What We Offer:
