About the Role Join our team as a Senior Finance & Administration Officer and leverage your expertise in bookkeeping and administration to support the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment within a small, dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, and credit card reconciliations, and prepare monthly reports. Support month-end journal entries and assist in preparing reports. Reconcile foreign currency accounts and maintain the fixed assets register, including disposal and depreciation. Raise purchase orders and manage lease journals and hire purchase interest schedules. Administer registers and assist the Finance Manager with business transactions.Track and recover outstanding debts, issue invoices, statements, and correspondence. Compile and organise documentation for business transactions and provide accounts support to customers. About You The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering under deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Your ability to interpret financial documents and communicate effectively with our external and internal stakeholders will be essential.
Key requirements:
