Our family law group practices in all areas of family and de facto relationship law including property settlements, parenting disputes and child support. As well as being experienced litigators, we embrace alternate dispute resolution measures including mediation, as a means of obtaining the best outcomes for our clients.
We are currently seeking a talented senior family lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join our team.
Your experience will enable you to immediately provide quality service to our clients. You will be working on a range of interesting and complex Family Law matters within a supportive environment. You will advise and act for clients across a range of matters including:
Divorce and separation Asset disputes involving complex property Parenting and custody issues Property and financial settlements Child Support As an ambitious family lawyer with a commitment to excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to provide optimum levels of client care, working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a full service offering to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE, possess strong technical skills with the ability to manage a significant and complex file load with autonomy.
