In this role, you will manage a diverse range of family law cases, including property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence. You will also mentor junior lawyers and contribute strategically to the growth of the family law division. This role offers flexible work-from-home arrangements and a clearly defined pathway to partnership, ensuring both professional advancement and personal flexibility.Pathway to Partnership :This role offers a transparent and structured pathway to partnership. Within 2 to 3 years, you will have the opportunity to progress to Partner, provided you meet performance and leadership benchmarks.
