Our aim is to ensure the effective and sustainable use of Council's assets, providing high-quality facilities and safe, enjoyable beach experiences for our community.Our opportunity:As Senior Facilities Officer, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing Council's building maintenance program, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing all operational and technical aspects of facilities management, including the issuing and management of work orders.Procurement and contract management including preparation of technical specifications and defining scope of works for preparation of tender documents.Manage the daily operations of your team, providing leadership and guidance to staff to maximise team productivity and ensure a responsive and trusted service delivery.About you:We're looking for a proactive, customer-centric and collaborative individual to join our Property, Buildings and Beach Services team.
