Job Description The Cushman & Wakefield / Premier's Department (PD) service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of facilities management services within the PD tenancy. The PD tenancy also accommodates other agencies under the PD cluster that the C&W team manages the facilities for; including Treasury, Ministry, NRC over 23 floors.
The Senior Facilities Manager, with support from the Senior Account Director, is responsible for ensuring Cushman & Wakefield meets the requirements of the performance management framework and associated KPIs and works in alignment with the proposed Governance structure. They are also responsible for ensuring all WHS and compliance requirements are met in relation to the tenancy.
Contract role until September 2025 About the role The Senior Facilities Manager provides professional FM Management Services to PD and oversees the management of subcontracted services to deliver a continuous focus on customer service. The Senior Facilities Manager is the main point of contact for PD.
Key dedicated contact for PD and the contract.Financial management of budget, forecasts and actual results for the site and per agency.Monitor and review financial and service delivery performance for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works.Contract compliance.Lead a customer service culture and actively engage the team to ensure client commitments and communication requirements are met at and above the expected level.Client and supplier relationship management through regular meetings and reporting.Responsible for achievement of the contract KPI achievement.Lead the day-to-day operations of the team and build a strong relationship with PNSW.Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for the tasks associated with the contract.Overview the control, induction and supervision of Subcontractors and Third Party Suppliers.About You: Previous experience with Facilities and/or Workplace Management at a managerial level.Strong reporting and administration background.Ability to work in a team or be self-driven when required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate Computer Skills; JDE or Converga experience desirable.Strong customer service background.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
